Role Overview: Seeking an experienced and driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance the overall online visibility of our company and its products/services.

What you will be doing:

  1. Lead keyword research & competitor analysis to identify search opportunity trends for both web and app platforms.
  2. Oversee content creation that's informative, engaging, and optimized for SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization).
  3. Optimize website content (product pages, categories, blogs) and app metadata (app title, description, keywords) for targeted keywords and user experience.
  4. Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks for the website and optimize app store presence to improve app ranking and visibility.
  5. Conduct technical audits using website analysis tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc., and app analytics tools (such as App Store Connect, Google Play, and Apple Store Console) to identify and address crawl errors, indexation issues, and mobile friendliness for both web and app platforms.
  6. Monitor website traffic, app downloads, and user engagement metrics; analyze key SEO and ASO metrics (organic traffic, app store impressions, installs, ratings, reviews) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, App Annie, etc.
  7. Collaborate with the business team to gather and prioritize business requirements and work with the product team to develop SEO and ASO-focused platform features and optimizations.
  8. Work on link-building strategies for web and app platforms to increase authority and visibility in search results and app store rankings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SEO & digital marketing preferably
  2. Proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies and driving organic traffic growth.
  3. Strong understanding of SEO & ASO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
  4. Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, MOZ, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Basic knowledge of Frontend technologies is a plus and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
  8. Willingness to work hybrid (Come to the office a few times a week)
